I haven’t tried this but if this improves the horrible psi storm audio ear torture of the original (which causes me to disable psi-storms entirely) this is truly a blessing for us! Excited to try and thanks!

Added this to Gamma, I normally disable psi storms because like you said the sirens make no sense especially when you're in the middle of nowhere. Im excited to hear one :) thanks

The blowout folder is different.
Are they compatible?
Don´t worry it´s just one file. Back it up and then replace it if you are not using MO2.
Sound files like these can be mostly swapped without issues.
Thank you for making this. I'm also one of those who disable psi storms. I do love hiding inside smoking and oiling my guns when scary energy is raging outside but psi storm feels a bit ,underwhelming? Going to re-enable psi storm and give this mod a try.

You are absolutely right, sadly when i tested both of them together Vicious Psi Storms seems to overwrite some scripts that don´t allow the psi_storm_siren to be played even if it is not last in your Loadorder.
I will contact the Author Karlack and ask him for his help.
Thanks for the mod, it's damn good, the atmosphere of immersion in the moments of the storm just rolls over. You definitely need to make it compatible with VICIOUS PSI-STORMS, together they complement each other perfectly, although I would change the start time of the storm a little, because the storm explosions start too quickly. I hope you succeed, I'm really looking forward to it)

Oh by the way if you delete surge_manager script from Vicious Psi-Storms it seems to work already with my Addon.
But this result does not satisfy me..

Perfect. Would be nice to combine it with Gamma in a way to still hear the sirens, I always thought they sounded pretty fitting.
I could add a optional folder with added siren to the background ambient.
Think imma do it right now :P
Can someone link me their original blowout folder. Mine doesn't have the psi_storm_siren.ogg for some reason.
Even if there is nothing in the folder, the siren and normal sounds still play. Am I missing something?
