How to install this is very easy put the outfits folder in
Anomaly \ gamedata \ configs \ items
And there place the outfits folder
RECOMMENDATIONS TO HAVE
I recommend having the hd models installed since I have developed this for the hd models and because I liked some models for some suits I am not sure if it works in vanilla but if it does not work take into account that I will not make a vanilla version for reasons of what My computer does not have much free space but if I have a better pc I will make a vanilla version

Recomiendo tener los modelos hd instalados ya que esto lo he desarrollado para los modelos hd y porque me gustaron algunos modelos para algunos trajes no estoy seguro de si funciona en vainilla pero si no funciona tome en cuenta que no hare una version vainilla por cuestiones de que mi computadora no tiene mucho espacio libre pero si tengo un pc mejor hare una version vainilla

Thanks, but I'll definitely skip since "To Know What They Are Discover it for yourself". I don't wanna download a mod and hope that it's good only to risk finding out that it's quite bad halfway through my playthrough, at which point it might be unsafe to uninstall.

Seva = NBC Suit
Freedom Guardian = Hip
Duty P5M = Voin Outfit
Radsuit Clear Sky = Novice with Gas mask
Seva Clear Sky = NBC Clear Sky

oh right some models I can not modify since it would crash the game (like the military service suit) I tried it on the day and it crashed

That is some strange behavior on their part. I originally was going to put in a request for an already existent skin that was pulled out in a later patch, but seeing as what you have been dealing with, as well as the unfortunate news that you no longer plan to support this, I would rather not burden you. I wish you the best wherever life takes you.

to make your character look different in third person you need to unpack the anomaly files and you can find that .db extractor in moddb itself
In case you want to do it with the hd models, you just have to go to the outfits folder and look for the outfit you want to modify (take into account that they are not separate) so you have to search for example skat9.ltx and look for the outfit of that faction (solitary example) since you have it now you only locate
actor_visual select the path of the model that is there and delete it
now you put the path of the model that you want to use in 3rd person it should look something like this
