A few small changes that make the Azazel Mode more enjoyable (in my opinion).
List of changes:
- You respawn now with some spare ammo for the weapon(s) you spawn with. Normally you would only get the bullets loaded in your gun(s).
- Reset your money after death (I don't know why this isn't usually the case), therefore slight increase in starting money upon respawn (~2000 => ~6000).
- Respawn with a few additional medical items: 0 - 2 bandages plus another consumable.
If this aren't the changes you were looking for, you can check out _Zazquatch_'s "Azazel Tweaks" addon for a slightly different set of changes.
This addon should be compatible with most other addons as long as they aren't about Azazel Mode (You would get an error while dropping them into the same "gamedata" folder). When combined with weapon addons (e.g. Boomsticks and Sharpsticks) you might not get any spare ammo for the new guns.

Can I play it simultaneously with story mod ?
As far as I know the Azazel Mode is generally not compatible with Story Mode but if a Story mod works with unmoded Azazel Mode it should work as well with this addon. This little addon only changes one script and if you haven't got this script already in you "gamedata" folder it should be compatible with pretty much any other addon/mod.
Hey man, me and another dude from here have some more improvements for azazel like not respawning thirsty and sleepy, goodwill resetting on death, resetting bribes on respawn, finding a solution for tasks not properly resetting after death etc. If you feel like incorporating some of these changes into your addon feel free to check out my addon or send a message where I can give more details on some azazel-issues and possible fixes.

Love your idea over the other, however I wish you could implement deleting the actors body after every death.

I agree. I wish there was a way to iterate over all weapons added by BaS. I really don't want to add each wpn one-by-one and compare which are from the mod etc. That is a killer. If you ever find a way please let me know!
I found some code in item_backpack.script that might be a start:

Also, need to find how to equip the first outfit and helm on spawn. I added script that would set the condition to 90% for outfit and headgear like it does with weapons, but it points to the slots, which are empty on spawn :(
