Weapon conditions are now based on the rank of the stalker that dropped them, and no longer randomized. Tested with CoC 1.4.22, and Arsenal Overhaul (Not required)

Based on code from someone named Wafel from a Misery mod - Sorry I couldn't find where I downloaded the mod from. (If you can point it to me, that would be great. I only know their name is Wafel based on the comments they left in the script) I really just copied just the relevant code and pasted them into CoC file without crashing Call of Chernobyl, and edited the values to my liking.
For reference in vanilla stalker the max condition a weapon would drop would be 45% - With this mod the condition of the weapons dropped are as follows:
novice - 45-60%
trainee - 60-70%
experienced - 70-80%
professional - 80-90%
veteran - 80-90%
expert - 85-90%
master - 90-95%
legend - 95-100%
With default trader options ideally anything an experienced stalker drops should be good enough to sell.
You may not like these values, if so you can just edit them yourself. Personally I don't like how veteran stalkers who can survive the zone and knows how to shoot well but don't know how to maintain their own weapon based on their vanilla drops.
There's an argument that this is balance breaking, and in some cases it is, but I play Arsenal Overhaul with this ballistics addon and combat is deadly in a few shots that surviving encounters are an achievement themselves so this change actually balances my game I think.
The addon you're referring is named AUTisM, an acronym for "Any Useful Thing is Mine" Moddb.com
Thanks!
