A proper Quad Shotgun for Brutal Doom v21 to satisfy all your brutal desires. Does NOT replace the Super Shotgun, it's a separate weapon.
The quad-barreled shotgun is a weapon a lot of people could only dream about... well, until now.
The primary fire unleashes a big blast that deals twice as much damage as a super shotgun blast, but the reload is slower and spread is bigger. Secondary fire behaves just like a Super Shotgun, except for the fact that it can be fired that way twice before needing to reload.
Includes both skins, the older and newer one.
This weapon does not replace the Super Shotgun. You can use this addon without the fear that you'll lose your precious double barrel.
To load this addon all you need to do is load it after Brutal Doom, for example by using a program like ZDL.
If you wish to load it with an older skin, load the main file first and then QSG_legacy.pk3.
This addon is made for BDv21 gold, compability with other mods/addons that change weapon slots is not quaranteed.
The mod should be stable now. If any bugs are found feel free to report them, and I'll do my best to fix it.

-Added the sprint sprite.
-Fixed super shotguns being unavailable for pickup for ammo after getting the QSG.
-For altfire, made the top barrels fire first to correspond to the 2-shell reloading animation that loads top barrels.

Fixed a small bug that caused an SSG sprite to appear when you were about to throw a grenade.

- Added kick flashes compatible with my personal addon, also remade the firing frames and their brightmaps.

Does this replace any weapons, or does it have its own spawn?
It's a separate weapon. It doesn't replace anything.
YT demonstration vid description says it randomly replaces the SSG.

Could you also make a version with non-blackened wooden part like that of the SSG?
IDDQD_1337 made the wooden parts black, which I think is good because with brown parts it would look too similary to the SSG. I'm not planning to make it brown. Either do it yourself or wait 'till I eventually submit to the community's requests.
I have just seen the YT video, which I didn't know was up. It looks a good weapon, can't wait to try it out

I'll have to say no. Project Brutality is unstable at the current moment so making addons seems pointless, because they'll change a lot in the next update which would make multiple addons uncompatible. Plus, it uses ZScript, I'm not really good with ZScript and I'm not sure if making it in Decorate would be possible.
Besides... PB already has a quad shotgun. It's an upgrade for your SSG, it sometimes replaces the backpack.

Edit: The same error appears with the hexa shotgun addon
when the Super Shotgun is not enough.
