Welp, took me a while to figure out:

In the commandline or in the shortcut extension:

[QSS engine boot file] -game X -game Y +skill Z +map ad_heresp1

Where, in the definition:

'X' is the name of your 'Arcane Dimensions' folder
'Y' is the name of your 'Oxyblack Fortress' folder

* assuming that both folders are placed parallel to 'id1' folder

'Z' is a difficulty level value, set between 0 and 4; common difficulty levels are represented by values between 0 and 2.

* the engine in reference is 'Quakespasm Spiked'.

For the case of soundfile loading problem on certain operating systems; I have solved it a dumb way, but effective way as it seems. Since the essential issue was lack of consistency in entity naming on part of developers - an unmatching application of uppercase and lowercase letters; thus the issue with "case sensitivity" - I have looked upon the "misbehaving" folder name and figured out there are four reasonable ways out. Therefore, I have made four instances of the folder - each with exactly the same content - ending up with having the respective foldernames of: 'MarkieV1', 'markiev1', 'markieV1', 'Markiev1'. Probably, by trial and error, it should be possible to pin down the spelling issue in effect and thus optimize by cutting down the number of folders, but since all of these folders taken together weight about 13[MB], I deem it superfluous endeavour, in terms of modern standards. However, the solution itself is highly imperfect, as already noted; someone on 'Quaddicted' has proposed the usage of symbolic links, but this maybe requires some better Linux know-how. For the Linux-hotfix instance proposed on 'Quaddicted', can someone provide instructions on how to actually use it? For the future projects, I would kindly ask developers to simply avoid using any uppercase letters in entity and path naming.
