OWR and Backpack merged UI addon

Simply merged the two UIs from the different mods, so they both would have proper inventory icons. I merged the ui_icon_equipment from Original Weapon Renewal 3 v1.0 and ui_icon_equipment from TRX: Upgradable Binoculars + Backpacks so it would show both the new weapons, and the new backpack icons in game.
