Notes:

China Nuke silo upgrades obviously cannot be built. I am working on addressing this for the future. They are still very playable, and it may only affect late game balance, however I haven't noticed any dramatic unfairness.

Installation:

Extract the rar to the usual place: AppData\Roaming\Red Alert 3\Maps
