Nice! Thank you. PK3 is the future!! lol, for music and texture packs at least. Lets you open them with 7zip and extract the audio to listen to or preview before implementing. I just found out there is some interesting and mysterious history behind the Heretic soundtrack.
Been a frequent visitor and downloader of the SC-55 and SC-070 Music Packs for quite some time. Wondered why Hexen wasn't available yet and wound up down the Heretic OST rabbit hole. Someone sent Kevin Schilder a message asking which sound card he composed the soundtrack on in order to pinpoint the definitive way of experiencing the game's music. He couldn't remember, but knew he did compose on the latest Sound Blaster card available at that time. So far, the guess is that he used a Sound Blaster AWE32 to compose the audio. So here I am, hopefully searching for an AWE32 hardware recorded music pack.
Anxious to see how this one sounds. I love porting MIDIs through soundfonts and listening to artists' arrangements of game music.

I am currently working on the Hexen OST in this same style and plan to do the Blood OST after Hexen.
