My creations based on "Power Play" universe, with 30+ units to play around with.
There is now a stand-alone mod featuring these units which you can find here.
There were many attempts done, and there was a lot of time spent making it, but it's finally done.
Do note that this is intended more as a demo rather than an actual playable mod, as I have no intention of making such (a total overhaul of 5 total factions seems a bit much for one person so...).
That being said, you might be asking yourself: what is this supposed to be?
This addon (dubbed "NLG Stuff") is my personal "toolkit" based on latest Shockwave mod, containing a bunch of units derived from my "Power Play" universe, each belonging to one of the five factions in that settings, and featuring its own quirks and abilities, some of which are straight up inspired by the one and only Shockwave Chaos mod.
Because of its barebone nature, these units cannot be produced naturally in the skirmish, instead a series of modified Arms Dealers have been used to produce them, and these buildings which can only be placed in Worldbuilder. All the tooltips are still present though, so feel free to read them. As of V1.2, these buildings are replaced by my own model dubbed..."Command Centre", original I know, but it's done this way because I'm planning to do something with them (and this addon in general) in the future. Version 1.201 fixes a few things, plus the minor change in voice sets to be more generic due to The_Hunter himself not wanting his voice sets to be used outside of his projects.
As you read these tooltips, you will notice the units being divided into 6 "tiers":
You may also notice that there are 5 factions in this addon:
Now with all that said and done, I hope you enjoy testing out my stuff. This addon requires Shockwave Beta 8 to run properly, which you can get from GenLauncher. To install, simply toss the files into the ZH folder, or in "addons" folder in GenLauncher (should be at GLM/[Shockwave mod]/Addons).
Apart from textures and models (and ini files but that's based on ZH anyway so...), a lot of assets are taken from Rise of The Reds, as well as other games such as CS:GO, TF2, Warcraft 3. I claim no ownership of these assets.

a gameplay video with these would be appreciated. i want to see how they appear on batllefield before trying them myself
I'll make a video of them soon, don't worry.
looks questionable comparing qaulity to the original thou......
Like the design of units and camo variants, but they are OP, so can't imagine where to use them.
You could create another mod.''Generals cartoon'' or something like this.
A mod with simple graphics just like ''8 bit armies''.
I'm in the process of making a standalone mod as we speak. I'll test it out with people I know before I release it to the public.
Very nice designs. Haven't you thought about creating your own mod?
I thought about it before, but I currently have no plans of expanding it beyond what it is. Maybe I will add air units in the future but no promises. There is just too much to make for one person in order to make it a full-on playable mod and I would like to keep my scope small.
EDIT: I'm in the process of making a standalone mod as we speak. I'll test it out with people I know before I release it to the public.
Looking forward to it, man, units look really nice in my favorite colour coded factions kinda way.
Im asume than is not finished ¿not?.
