Well their was going to be a secusser to the gonome, named the zombie Alien-assasin.
Would look better if he was styled like a poison zombie

If it was a bit realistic like HL2 it can maybe be a bit better

definitely a contender for a spot in Half-Life 2 was the gonome. could have been strategically placed around the town of Ravenholm as a bit of a powerhouse enemy. give it the abilities it had in Opposing Force plus a jump ability and put it in some spots as a bit of a mini boss or something.
