Description
This addon is an adjustment of Quieter Rain of Soundscapeoverhaul by Meabe. I found the rain is still too loud for my personal taste. When it started raining I could not hear almost anything. Enjoy to hear things while raining.

You're supposed to not be able to hear certain things when it's raining, that's part of the experience. One of the tooltips even says rain is good for sneaking around other humans but bad because you can't hear mutants until they're right on you.
Nobody's forcing you to download it.

Makes storms a force to be reckoned with. Especially the rain on helmet sounds. It be like that, especially metallic headgear.
Excellent what i needed especially cause ironman. BUT i wish there were let's say 3 different configs? default / mild rain/ and very mild rain sounds! just play randomly ofcourse it would be cool if the rain drops increased/decreased alongside those sounds too! since realistically rains aren't always just insane showers like in anomaly. heck most of the time they are just very chill.
can you also reduce water walking sounds?

I don't hear any rain at all with this mod. I was hoping it'd just be a LITTLE quieter, but it's completely mute for me.
