A simple mod that allows you to repair weapon parts from a mechanic.
Description
If you've ever thought about repairing your weapon parts from mechanics, then this mod will help. It should not seriously break the game's economy, since the cost of repairs is higher than the cost of the part, and the part itself is repaired up to 60%. Since I play with Weapon parts overhaul, I have been thinking about this possibility for a long time.
Installation
The Base folder includes the main mod, and the patch folder is for those who use Weapon parts overhaul. You can just put the contents of the folders in the game folder. The patch is optional, even if you are playing with Weapon parts overhaul, but then the cost of repairing the parts will be much lower than the cost of the parts themselves.
In plans
In the next version, repairing parts on their own creates some risks of damaging the part rather than fixing it. Also, if I come up with some other tools, then maybe I will add them too. In the future, I will continue to try to make the mod as compatible as possible with WPO. If anyone has any ideas what else can be done with the details of the weapon, please write your ideas.

Splendid Mod! Thank you for this.
Thanks!
Will this mod help me become even more immersed?
Well, at least it will allow you to repair your favorite weapon without hours of searching for one missing part. Since often mechanics do not have the necessary parts for sale
I can't figure out why, but the option to repair parts just doesn't appear when clicking on them. Is there anything that's conflict with this?
Well, in theory, the mod overrides the functions responsible for repairs and in theory it can conflict with other mods that override these functions. What modifications do you have that could possibly change the repair?
I am using just the no recipes module from Grok's Crafting Overhaul, OPO, WPO and Smoother Progression.
Are you also trying to fix a part with a condition higher than 60%? It's just that parts cannot be repaired above this figure.
No, clicking on pretty much any condition weapon part doesn't seem to do anything.
I disabled Smoother Progression and it works fine now, so that seems to be incompatible.
Thanks for the information! I'll see what can be done
Please did you find a fix? I'm playing Stalker Anomaly 1.5.1 with the same mods as the person who commented before me, mod is correctly installed but nothing happens when I click any weapon parts in the repair screen
i like the possibility, but it would also be nice that parts can have critical defects, thus can't be repaired anymore. well that could be simulated by adding a 'not below xx%' lock. would that be possible? so that you can repair it to 100%, but only if above 50%. (better would be even 55% - so much what has 50%, already flies out)
Hmm, that makes sense. Then I'll add the ability to enable this option.
good job, it is very useful in this way, but there is an error when you activate the option of "delay repair by mechanics", when you pick it up he does not give you anything...
Great mod!
Very useful mod but unfortunately it's incompatible with the Smoother Progression add-on, since for some reason the game doesn't allow you to repair parts when the mod it's installed :/
Would it be possible for you to make a patch for it? Thanks in advance :>.
Hey great mod! I have a question: for a long while now, having played hundreds of hours, Ive come to realize that, in terms of gameplay, the repair system where repairing parts requires a minimum condition is totally nonsensical. I think that tools should repair parts up to a MAXIMUM, not a minimum. Ive seen that you have come the closest, among all the mods, by having the mechanic repair parts up to a MAXIMUM. What I wanted to know was: is it possible to mod the tools so they repair to max instead of min? This would allow for a smoother progression, as you gradually would unlock tools that repair better and better.
Thanks!

Now if we could only make mechanics repair the parts while IN the gun, and repair the barrel too
Can you pleeease make it so quality of repair varied depending on what tools mechanics using? Maybe basic tools will unlock parts repairing up to 40%, and calibration tools up to 80%?
maybe the idea to takes time when repair single part will be good for immersion because technician is the lazy *** sometimes to fix single part for low income.
