This addon will allow you to fully upgrade all outfitts and helmets from vanilla games, Outfit Addon and SKAT 9-M Military Armoured suit.

Compatability:

Save Game compatability:
As long as you dont have upgraded outfits or helmets in your saved game, you should be fine. If you do have an upgraded outfits or helmets.... then, Sorry.
P.S. (If your upgraded outfit is only 1st tier [basic toolkit], it should be fine. Tested by me)

Just copy paste the gamedata file inside the folder you choose in to your games directory. Replace all files when prompted.

Known Issue:
- Upgrading more than 3 equipment at a time, increase the risk of CTD due to memory shortage of some sort. If your error log (below after the word "STACK TRACE:") doesn't point into any of the modified file, it's probably a memory shortage. Nothing can be done about it as of right now.

What are the differences between the two gamedata folders in the ZIP?
I belive in some case people already make their own costumization on outfit_upgrade files. Then I think it's a good idea to make an optional file that only oaffect outfit addon armor. I might change this in a few days to decrease file size, even though it's already small in size.

this is therror i get when i try to start a game,i have a complete new installation with newest AO,Outfit addon newest and your addon....guess it`s because of your addon that the game crashes,plz help,because i love full pgrade addon....

Try to install, the file inside "Only Outfit Addon" folder or try to reinstall outfit addon, another temporary solution is to delete helm_m40_up.ltx from gamedata\configs\misc\outfit_upgrades folder.
This is because vanilla m40 helmet different from oufit addon m40 helmet.
I plan to do full weapon upgrade mod later.

If you mean reducing the time, it's possible, but not by me.
But if you mean disable the delay completely, try to untick delayed repair from game options.

What exactly does this addon do? I didn't notice any missing upgrade trees with OA armors.. Does this just increase the upgrade bonuses or something?
This mod allow you to apply all upgrade option in upgrade menu, you still need to give toolkit to the technician.
See the picture in the description, then you probably know what this mod does.

This is great though but are you gonna make the weapons fully upgradable like the outfits? If not, how would I go about doing that? I'm no master at coding but I can definitely whip that up if I know what functions do what. I doubt it's as easy as flipping a line of text over from false to true, is it?
Yes it is not that easy, you need to change a few lines, add a few lines and so on.
But in fact I already did a test play using a modified raubt1r mod.

Clicking on the Clear Sky Sunrise suit to upgrade it while at a mechanic causes a crash while this addon is also loaded. Unfortunately, the log does not appear to be producing a FATAL ERROR section.
I try to fix it when i'm not busy playing the game. Just be patient... OK

Hey nadhij!! Does this work with 1.4.22? I dont know if its just a problem on my end but somehow my outfits dont have to option to a full tree. It still requires mechanics to have the gunsmith toolkit. It's just strange.

I have installed Lates AO3 and outfit addon, and I replaced with your addon, then when I was trying to repair duty and monolith rad outfit then game is just stop working without any error window, then I put outfit addon files again, now I can upgrade both outfits but cant upgrade full outfit
Yes this happened to me too. The radiation suits don't work, whenever I open the repair window and click on the suit to try and repair or upgrade, it crashes instantly. No fatal errors in the log file. The other suits work perfectly fine however.

I'm using AO 3.1 (v5) + OA 1.4.7. Do I have to install anything else to make the Full Outfit Upgrade adddon work? (I was planning to use the SKAT-9M addon too, but it causes Nimble to lose this inventory) I'm using a ton of other addons too btw: Imgur.com

I can confirm with the others that trying to upgrade the Merc/Monolith/Duty radiation suits results in a CTD. For some reason the Freedom radiation suit is able to be upgraded just fine, which is confusing when the upgrade files are basically all the same except with renamed variables.
I'm currently running 1.4.22 with STCoP 5.1 + OA 1.4.7 + SKAT-9M 1.12.

OK so I don't know much about the X-Ray engine or how things really work, but I was mostly able to fix the issue with the CTD however it isn't a complete solution. I still don't know what causes the CTD, but I do now know how to mitigate it.
First thing you need to do is open the file {CoC Root }/gamedata/configs/misc/outfit_exoskeleton.ltx
Second is to find the radiation suit config and copy the entire line that is "upgrades = ...", it should be on line 398.
Last is to go to the configs that have the CTD issue (as far as I know only the Duty, Merc, and Monolith radiation suits) and then overwrite the "upgrades = ..." for them.
What this does is overwrite the upgrade tree for the affected suits with the upgrade tree for the generic radiation suit. There is no effect on upgrades as all radiation suits have the exact same values in their upgrade trees. The only problems are: that you'll have to delete your suits (via sell to trader and save then reload) if the bug is fixed properly, that the upgrade icons for the menu will show the generic radiation suit icons and not the faction colored icons, and that I haven't tested this thoroughly so there may be issues with mechanics not being able to upgrade your suit (so far I've tested Cardan and Hog).
Hopefully the bug can be properly fixed and we don't have to rely on this workaround.

Alright, back again with another fix for the alcoholic ****heads and their Bandit merc armor crashing the game when trying to select any of the upgrades on row 2. This time it isn't a bug but rather just a typo in the upgrade configs.
First go and open up this file in an editor (prefer Notepad++ for this): {CoC Root}\gamedata\configs\misc\outfit_upgrades\o_banditmerc_outfit_up.ltx
Second go to line 215 (or search for "seconr") and rename the typo of "up_sect_seconr_banditmerc_outfit" to "up_sect_secone_banditmerc_outfit".
Last save the file and load up the game, the issue should be fixed now.

Sorry to bother you but I was wondering if you or the community could help.
I have tried to install this mod with outfit addon but everytime I go to a mechanic I can only upgrade the new outfits down one path, not all of them like this mod intends. I checked your files in the download and they only cover the original 21 items, not the ones added in the outfit addon which may be the problem.
I have tried installing both mods before and after each other but neither works, I really want to use outfit addon alongside your mod but until I can get it to work I can only use your mod.
