Changes artefact stats, all of them, and adds 2 artefacts into the random anomaly spawns.

this is tested on coc only, i have no idea what this will do to CoM.
this adds the artefact altered insulator (renamed to Isolator) and the dredge wheel (renamed to Roundabout) as an electric artefact and gravitational artefact respectively
I have changed artefact stats (and description) based on MISERY and their physical appearance, and origins (parent anomaly).
I'll expand on them later but here are things to expect:
Gravitational artefacts are heavier than others, and they provide extra protection against acid and fire exposure.
Acidic/Organic artefacts provide a boost in healing and wound recovery, at the cost of a loss in stamina, psionic protection, and fire and shock (but hey you regen health)
Electrical artefacts boost stamina, psy and electric protection, at the cost of reduced bleeding regen and emits radiation
Fire artefacts boost protection from fire, boosts bleeding regen, except it makes you extra corrosive and zappable.
However, there are certain artefacts that break away from these patterns, and until I finish a full list of changes you can just find out yourself. I updated the descriptions of the artefacts so read it

I'm using this but the hunger elimination is bad. I had an artifact with -1 in that and it made me go from fed to red hunger under 1 minute. qwq
