Disables Texture Replacement in Level Enhancement System.

Managed to disable even more texture replacements for all (thanks BLOODWOLF333), with BD Platinum i could even disable grass and liquid textures, not for UME and BDV21 Gold though, also UME is updated with latest UME patch.
Disables Texture Replacement in Level Enhancement System, so that way you can use texture mods with it, note that i couldn't disable all the replaced textures for some reason, like the grass (06/09/2022 edit, however, i could for Platinum).
This supports 3 mods, BDV21 Gold, BD Platinum, and Universal Map Enhancements (both V21 Gold decorations and V21 Beta decorations variations).
This also has 3 options. "Geometry Textures Disabled", "Skybox Textures Disabled", and "Skybox & Geometry Textures Disabled". Select one of those options, and you get 4 options, BDV21 is for Brutal Doom V21 Gold, BDPlatinum is for Brutal Doom Platinum, UME_V21Beta_RC5 is for Universal Map Enhancements Beta Decorations variation and UME_V21Gold_RC5 is for Universal Map Enhancements Beta Decorations variation.

So since brutal doom contains Grass1 and Grass2 textures in the Textures folder they are going to act like a patch and always replace the Grass1:2 textures unless a texture mod loaded after brutalv21.pk3 also replaces those textures. To get rid of that you would have to rename BD's grass textures something else and then have a script to replace vanilla Doom's grass textures with the BD ones that have been renamed only if the user has the mapenhancement option enabled like I had to do in CVARS.txt along with any other vanilla textures that BD contains from the IWADs that are named the same way.
