Cool mod, it's a bit too hard on Doom2 but Doom1 I have finished on Realism ;)
Some bugs though:
Alot of times when you're berserk if you land the final punch on a pinky you sometimes are out of range to perform the killing move making you stand still and having to load last save. I rely on this heavily to gain armor and health points above 200% especially in episode 2 since ammo is scarce there.
Also the helper soldiers kinda derp out alot.
Overall a fun experience that makes Doom more challenging again.

I have a problem with ultimate doom viewer and Brutal doom platinum 3.1 the protagonist can't run, he goes at the same speed as he walks.
Is there any solution?
With the Cat visor it works but there are weapons that do not have the counter

Question: Does this work on Zandronum? Or it only works on GZDoom?
Only GZDoom. And no, it's not possible to make it work on Zandronum - ZScript is not supported there.

Why doesn't it work on multiplayer
This is one of the only mods that works for me with GZDoom via GLES render. But for that i have to sacrifice a dynamic lights by turning them completely off because, with them, it lags like hell, but without them, it works smooth. And i hope that gzdoom team could fix that, but i doubt it because, as i understand, they don't care about what others want. So there is no hope in that.
Anyway, cool mod. But there is many bugs that i have noticed. For example, if you shoot shotgun zombieman legs of, to make him sit and shoot at you, you can't kill him by shooting at him with simple guns, while he is sitting on the floor. Because, his sprites at that point does not have hitboxes. So the only thing what you can do is, to stomp him or to shoot him with rocket launcher. The grenade will also do the trick, but still, i hope to see this bug fixed.
Also, why i can only get automatic shotgun in Doom 2, but not in Ultimate Doom? I mean, wasn't the Ultimate Doom made on Doom 2's engine? Like, you could allow it to spawn in Ultimate Doom too.
Man, I really wanted to like this, but the zombie chatter drove me crazy. I wish there was a way to turn it off.
