Less Intrusive Viewmodels addon

An extremely simple tweak that makes weapon models take up significantly less of the screen. Similar to weapon "min modes" in counter strike and team fortress, this mod places the weapons on the lower right of the screen, while still maintaining a good enough visibility. It also uses HLU's updated models, making the the hev arm's much more high quality.
