I started mapping when I was 12, tried making a total conversion when I was 13. I've learnt tons of stuff over the years, lol.

You need two entities for that. trigger_transition and info_landmark.

It's been probably 4 years since I last used those, but here are some tutorials:

In a nutshell, you'll need to place a trigger_transition and info_landmark each in both of the maps.

Give both info_landmarks the same name, and inside trigger_transitions, you'll reference that name, and specify the name of the 'next' map. It's all explained in the two links above.

Yeah, they never quite don't work right at first.

You gotta place a trigger_transition and inside of it, a trigger_changelevel. It's a little confusing, but I got an example map for it if you want.
