Heart of Evil Mod DB page wad deleted upon the request of Nathan Ruck.
And what shame because the page contained re-animated "LD" Sniper Rifle addon which was deleted with the page (I think NOT from MTB.)
By default the Sniper Rifle, when fired plays an animation of idle.
Update: It turns out that by default that firing animation that seems like idle IS actually the firing. So it just looks weird and slow like that.
