Goal

Definitely I did not make it at all.

I release it separate of my HD survival looking mod because its textures are share by others outfits like pants of the military faction making some of them wear yellow pant with their camouflage shirt plus it is breaking immersion watching WWII soldiers in Chernovil.

This was a request of Colombus but is good for anyone who wants to make a soviet game play, the game has a lot of WWII soviet guns but there is others more added from others mods.

To improve game immersion use vodka like any good Russian soldier will do to

-kill radiation

-celebrate the founding of an artifact

-celebrate that you are still alive after a disaster

-any other occasion

To motivate you use vodka I have twit the vodka bottles (of HD_Items_1.4 mod) so they heal a little bit and stop bleeding a little bit. It will be funny to say that it does not do anything you just don’t care about those holes on you but the bottles of vodka now do that but just a bit not much, the vodka is to be consider a secondary healing product since it get you drunk and cant aim properly.

The best vodka won’t stop heavy bleeding and even if you are not, they barely heal a 20% of health. So keep using bandages and med kit, but keep your trusty bottle around.

Location

You can pick it at a new game (added to the list or everybody at 200 points) or take it from low level soldiers of military faction and you can start in their faction and receive one at the start of the game for free or join Duty or Scientist faction and buy one in their base.

The animations showed in the video are change by me for some reasons

• I liked to see the weapon butt stock but by doing so the left arm begin to show its hollow part (the arms in the animation don’t have shoulders) so I have to turn the everything to the left
• I don’t use the crosshair or the iron sights; I use a tracer’s mod to know where my bullets are going so I rarely left the iron sight useable. Sometimes I just close the camera to where the crosshair should be when you right click
• I change the ¨lower your gun¨ position since I am tired of the same all the time (to de left and slightly down position)

I lower the AI accuracy son when I see one we shoot like crazy until one hit the other by pure luck.

I do not apply those changes to this download so don’t worry.

- Lite Respawn Mode (It change game play entirely, advice set the money lost to 10 percent because you will get killed)

So grab your ppsh-41, your bottle of vodka and go to kill those fascist bandits that rob and enslave hard workers loners, comrade Staling don’t want that competition around.

As always I am sorry for my poor videos, I have a potato for computer and when I rise the graphics a little bit and put the programs to make videos my computer is about to have an heart attack that’s is way there is too much lag in the video, sound coming after actions, things do not seem animated like ammo belts etc…

That is all.

With this mod a hope to motivate someone with mod skills or a group of them to make a WWII mod of Anomaly.

Leaving this aside it seems unbelievable that there is not a mod of World War II with the amount of weapons from that period already in the game and added by others mods like Yuri_Orlovs_Current_Weapons_Shipment_v, DLTX_SWpack_update MG 42, TAZ Enfieldetc… (If I don’t have your attention yet stops reading)

By the way ¿does anyone with porting skill could go and port the ppsh-43 and mp-40 from TAZ mod (The Harmed Zone)? That would be great.

I already have plans on how to archive this, is easy than anyone thinks for instance the factions that will be replaced. There is enough to arm all of them.

-British with sten mk 2, sten mk V and TAZ Lee Enfields

-Americans with m1 garand, thomsoms, grase gun, colts, m1 carabines.

-German with mp-44, mg-42, kar 98, gewher 43, p-38, stick grenades and I think there is a panzerchrek around.

-Off course the soviets with ppsh-41, ppsh-41 (stick version with 35 magazines) mosing nagants, short mosing nagant, SVT-40, SVT-40 shortened, AVT-40, DP-26, tt33 and I think there is a PTRD or PTRS antitank rifle around.

-Some partisan groups with borz, Winchesters, two cannon shotguns and captured weapons.

The ¨real¨ story is not far from reality since the first nuclear reactor was build in 1946 or early in the 30 if you count some experiments made by Enrico Fermi. So in this version the Chernóbil reactor was build in 1942 or 1944 and damaged by an bombing strike or whatever.

After the discovered of the artifacts all factions want a piece of the cake and the chaos spread with thousands of soldiers fighting each other and the vehicles stop working due to zone hard.

The HD models mod have all the assets needed to make WWII uniforms, but we need someone that knows how to work Blender or better yet some simple program that allows to see the ogf (the 3d object) files and lets you move them, interchange or eliminate some pieces, there are helmets, shapka-ushanka, backpacks, pouches, bags, holsters, etc… If it is a simple program even I can do it.

I am volunteer but I don’t want to start learning Blender, the last tutorial was a guy in an strange language and when I turn the youtube translator it was horrible, I was not sure if the guy was teaching blender or baking a pizza with an Hungarian dog mathematician.

The zone scenes are the most simplest thing to do, replace the ZIL-130 (the truck model that is laying around) we just have to get a model of the ZIS-5 (the soviet WWII truck) which are plenty of games that have it and port it to the game once done you replace the ZIL-130 object by the ZIS-5 in the same position and the game once restarted automatically change all the tucks in every place for the other one.

Same for computers, if the computer tower is replace for a box the same will happened and the key board for tipping machine (it could be anything but Sidorobich is the only character that actually have animations for it)

Let’s not get in details here I already have detailed plans but no skills. If anyone want to make a group you can post here were you want to gather, it is fine for me if you want to discus here in the cements but people is going to be posting about the soviet uniform criticizing it mostly. So make a conversation elsewhere and post here were it will be.
