Half-life Beta Blood decal for GZDoom addon

Half-life Beta blood decal for GZDoom source port.

This is a small addons that will change a default GZDoom blood decal to the Half-life blood decal that found in early beta build. I also intentionally change the bullet decal to something more pixelated, because the default GZDoom bullet decal looks so weird and same goes to the blood too.

I want to reminder that this addon doesn't use any kind of scripts, so it will work with any mod that does not uses custom decals.
