The 4th condensed homage to the classic Generals Zero-Hour Generals Challenge mode.
PLEASE NOTE: THIS CAMPAIGN WILL ONLY WORK WITH ROTR 1.87, NOT 1.86. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO COMPLETE ALL MISSIONS ON 1.86 DUE TO THE CHANGES BETWEEN THE TWO VERSIONS.
As there has been a new version of 1.87 (2.0) I recommend you use that version to play this campaign. Using the previous version of 1.87 may work, however I cannot guarantee it.
To install 1.87, you must first become a member of SWR Productions, simply go to:
Forums.swr-productions.com
and register in order to download the latest version. Instructions on how to download 1.87 will be in the '1.87 Public Build Testing'. You don't have to be an active member, and it doesn't cost anything. Just use your membership to download if you wish.
To play this campaign, extract the mission files from the .zip file into:
Documents>Command and Conquer Generals Zero Hour Data>Maps
Then open Rise of the Reds, go to Skirmish>Unofficial Maps, and they should be in there.
This is a fan-made heir to the beloved Generals Challenge from Zero Hour.
There are a few differences from the original however. Instead of fighting one General at a time, you will fight all three faction generals.
Each General will become active after a certain amount of time and will have unique attack teams and tactics to attempt to defeat you. You will have time to build up your base and forces so use it wisely before the first General becomes active and attacks.
Your aim is to survive the American onslaught and destroy the Strategy Centres to try and disorganise their forces.
This folder contains all five ROTR factions:
USA, China, GLA, Russia and ECA.
There is also a ReadMe file containing intelligence of each General's tactics and unique units.

Nice one there. Beaten it on first try but waas really close to defeat many times. The drone rushes and tomahawk spam were no jokes. I actually lost a few Sentinels to AT drones due to being careless.
If anyone have a problem defending your base early, try to shut down the airforce base ASAP. It will bring alots of pain to you in the form of dozer and warfactory snipping and drone rushes.
Nice try but i found Thorn forces are painful.
His humvees giving me a bad time + The drone gave me a various problems but still can be solved with tesla coils and rocket turrets.
Same like Bradley, his ground forces are dangerous.
As Griffon i didn't see he send a commanches or little bird for some reason.
He only send some jets and hunter killer drone which means taking them down are not easy,
Kashtan are your good friends against jets.
As Sentinel problem you can accompany them with tesla tanks.
Difficulty level : 9/16
If you want to beat this challenge in easy and faster way. Play as USA,
Choose airforce way. Defend airfield with heavy anti air lasers. Build Stealth Bombers and bombard their strategy centers.
For the strategy center with hold the line tactics. Use particle cannon because the particle laser was super effective than stealth bombers.
You will find it challenging if you play as other faction such as ECA or Russia.
Because their assault can wreck your base and the drone giving you a nightmare experience.
What about griffon? ANTI AIR DEFENSES.
I already recorded USA Faction, next it will be china or GLA.
2nd Review :
Unlike earlier challenge this is of course pretty different.
Usually destroying the weakness spot of enemy base will make their enemy retreat.
But for this case when their strategy center destroyed, The Chief Commander will take control the base.
But yeah still this challenge remind me with pro gen mod challenge against ironside.
He has a very powerful offense but very weak defense. This challenge represent my experience facing Ironside.
With Ironside voiceline i feel like facing Rise of the Reds version of Ironside.
The only scenes where he retreat is when you destroy USA Chief Commander's Strategy center. He will force to sell his base.
If you destroy USA General's Strategy center first and destroy the chief's strategy center later, He will sell them all and turn against your base. If you had lack of defenses then yeah the ending will be like unimaginable.
For a Recommended Faction : I recommend USA because his stealth bombers(destroying strategy center) and commanche(for defense)
Also particle cannon for hold the line's strategy center.
GLA's bomb truck can destroy strategy center more faster however you need a possible place to put the truck at suitable place, especially bradley's strategy center.
With ambush tactics destroy chief commander's strategy center.
Defend your base from assault.
Bradley's forces is a hard part because the at humvee is on heroic state which is worst part
With The Commander in chief down you only have a thorn base. Well then boom it carefully with bomb truck as there is a drone that detect your bomb truck disguise.
For challenging faction :
ECA And Russia
I haven't beat this challenge as China yet.
This is only my review. Rest maybe you think ECA is easiest or something but everything i said right here is my opinion.
