Add addonReportEAX and surround fix (public test) [CoC v1.2+]

EAX fix attempt for public testing, with vanilla SOC sound environment files on 3 maps. Echo and reverb on Yantar (only factory area), Army warehouses (full map) and Sarcophagus (full map) maps.
6 combinations of dll files which work fine for me in the game, i have eax, surround sound, echo, reverb, etc. It means probably nothing, it may not work for others.
Installing after unzip:
1. Install oalinst_v2.1.0.0.exe, after this maybe you need to restart your pc, i'm not sure
2. copy gamedata to your gamedata (new level.snd_env files, will not overwrite anything)
3. backup in your CoC\bin folder the eax.dll, OpenAL32.dll, wrap_oal.dll - the original files are also included in the pack if you forget it, in bin_original
4. choose one dll combination from the 6 bin_* folder, and copy/overwrite CoC\bin dll-s
5. start the game, choose EAX in Audio options, probably restart CoC, and hear how it works in the game.
Used dll files info:
eax.dll : EAX Unified 4.0.1.0.
About EAX Unified:
The EAX Unified Interface ensures that the Environmental Audio features of an EAX application can be supported on any PC platform, whether or not it includes a Creative sound card with the latest drivers installed. The Unified Interface looks for a previous version of EAX or compatible standard, and automatically translates EAX calls to the most capable interface found, preserving as much as possible of the Environmental Audio features implemented in the application (including environment reverberation and reflections, as well as occlusion and obstruction effects).
wrap_oal.dll (444 952 bytes): ver. 2.2.0.5, extracted from oalinst v2.0.7.0
wrap_oal.dll (445 016 bytes): ver. 2.2.0.7, extracted from oalinst v2.1.0.0
OpenAL32.dll (53 952 byes): ver. 6.14.0357.21, original CoP dll
Any feedback appreciated, does it work or not, reliability, sound quality, echo and reverb on Yantar (only factory area), Army warehouses (full map) and Sarcophagus (full map). If you give feedback, please post what dll files worked best, what soundcard are you using etc.
Tested by me with Sound Blaster Z (without Creative ALchemy).

Thanks, a lot of potential here, already a step up. Though plenty of tweaking needed. If this could make give CoC the same sound atmosphere as that RayTwitty video of Agroprom Underground (I assume it's a same/similar system?), it would be very worth it.
ok, using the bin files you provided didnt really do anything for me and i didnt install the oalinst_v2.1.0.0 (from what i understand its just to add reverb/effects for creative sound cards in general throughout the whole zone through wrap_oal.dll file?) but what i did use was the level.snd_env for each map you provided in gamedata and i enabled EAX through my gamemode console Imgur.com and i used my soundcard in game sound options Imgur.com which gave me EAX in those map areas. then i decided to try OGSE level.snd_env for the remaining maps and it worked for these maps Imgur.com

I'm sure the OGSE level_snd files did not work, because the levels\map folder names are wrong, you must remove from all folders the _ogse suffix.
The oalinst_v2.1.0.0 would be important to install.
What is the reason you must force eax through console?

It should work on any CoC version.

You can change the folders names to what CoC uses it as, the level.snd_env is the same file in all stalker games i believe.
EAX is not forced, the game simply uses my soundcard when enabled through options. openal32 is developed by creative after all.
