This mod aims at making the Galil, ZF and PU scopes like the other scopes in vanilla STALKER Anomaly
This mod makes the Galil, ZF and PU scopes like the other scopes in vanilla STALKER Anomaly.
This means:
-The scope now has it's own hud position, no more aiming down sights and then the reticle texture appears
-The scope can use it's own icon now, it doesn't have to use the generic overlay
-The scope can use alt aim function, in the case of the SKS, Galil, Mosin and SVT, you can still use the irons with the scope on
-You can detach the scope from their respective guns

Q:Is this compatible with GAMMA?
A: No, GAMMA has it's own way to handle the PU scope mainly and loading this with GAMMA will cause in a DLTX conflict crash, also they have a different model with the scope in a different place, so it's like not going to work without some touchups, but if you're decently seasoned in modding, you can get it working in a few minutes.
Q:Is this compatible with [Insert whatever reposition mod]?
A: No, if you want it to be, you can make an easy fix with the Draggable HUD editor, it takes a couple of minutes and you can get it working well with whatever repo mod you want.
Q:Is this compatible with [Insert whatever mosin/kar98k/svt/sks model replacer/reanimation]
A:Probably not, but again, you can make it really easily with the Draggable HUD editor provided above.
Q:Why don't you make all of the patches if it's so easy?
A:Because I don't want to be making patches for a million mods and have to give constant support for em', sorry but i'm a lazy fuck.

no sadly, it brokes the aiming position and also
CTD when you trying to use alt aiming on your mosin
when i try to ADS with the most guns, its not in the correct position, and the mosin is all bugged. idk why
Probably the aim_hud_offset ( Aim position ) values aren't correct for your hud_fov or aspect ratio or both...
You can try fixing them by using the weapon hud editor from the debug mode with the Draggable HUD editor
So apparently using this while also using the misc weapons pack somehow results in the galil (modern) and (custom) and the attached scope model being completely removed from the game. Ive tried to see how theyre conflicting but couldnt find anything.
It's because the mod used parent_section on the original gun without adding unique one to his variants so when the variants try to copy from the original gun ( Usually variants made that way ) they will copy parent_section too which overrides all the unique stats they have
Actually I changed my setup of this mod to fix such issue with other ones if you are interested in it but I removed the icon feature
