a fixed version of the monsters only addon, fixes some minor issues
After a while , here a BD addon at last, Better Meat Grinder Monsters. all credit goes to Sergeant_Mark_IV
and ponyfanatic4 for uploading the original.
This fixes 2 issues , Chaingunner not dropping chaingun after death and Lost souls count as kills
might be more updated later

Lost Souls should count as kills in GZDoom. That was always the case.
