CSDMO: Standalone HUD "03/12/23" addon

So, i've made this standalone version of the hud, so everyone can use it on their own projects, or just want to use a simplified hud.

This hud was originally made for csdmo, but i've just made a standalone for those who wants to give the hud a different use.
This hud only supports 4:3 and 16:9 format and it features a sbarinfo code which detects at which ratio the screen is in.

Though, i'm pretty sure some modders out there will find a way to make them work on some other resolutions.

There's an additional sbarinfo code hidden for those who don't want to deal with automated ratio checks.

2023 Update: Made the HUD compatible with guns that features secondary ammo.
