Electra Anomaly Sounds

DESCRIPTION:
I wanted to create a more realistic electrical anomaly sound set. I also wanted the sounds
to be more subtle which I think suits the atmosphere better.

I want to re-do this sound set in the future, this is mostly just a test mod.

INSTALLATION:
Step 1: Backup these files if they exist from gamedata\sounds\anomaly

electra_hit.ogg, electra_blast1.ogg, electra_idle1.ogg

Step 2: Copy and replace the gamedata folder.
