Changed hands HUD for some suits [Updated] addon

NOTE: this addon needs adaptation as only few hand textures actually work fine. (Mercenary suit, Ecologist guard suit, PS5-M and some SEVA type suits with version 2.0 installed. Wearing Monolith NBC suit leads to CTD. No tests were made with version 1.0). Originally an old quiality addon for CoM made by Russian part of the modding community. This addon was made for StCoM with Outfit Addon, therefore some hands HUD still has the LD textures. UPD: added the second version of this addon.
