Hi Stalkers ! Update V1.6 Adds option for current ammo count's font
Here it is an addon to add counters for good ammo for RC18 only.
Total compatibility with all weapons addons, because this addon do not modify LTX weapons files. A little presentation video into description...
Setup instructions:
With a mod manager or simply paste the gamedata folder in your games directory.
Many thanks to ravenascendant because , i've seen a script he has done to manage good ammo, i took inspiration from it to do an addon for my personal use, i've decided to share this addon with you.
What does this addon exactly ? (recall it works ONLY for RC18 Anomaly)
IMPORTANT TO KNOW, THIS ADDON IS COMPATIBLE WITH ALL WEAPONS ADDONS, no patches, nothing to do.
Weapons configurations files are not impacted.
One other thing, this addon will overwrite the file maingame_16.xml if it is present in your gamedata folder, because ammo counters are no longer displayed with that file. If you are problems with it, let me know a comment and i'd be delighted to respond.
* Adds good ammo counters non actually used with a little font and a orange/gold color in the bottom right.
* Adds the counter for remaining good ammo actually loaded in your weapon with a red color and a greater font, at the left of the ammo icon. (compatibility distance with textures HD, B&S..)
* If you are actually using "bad ammo" with your equiped weapon, you can see max three good ammo counters in the bottom right, but only two or one if the weapon has less of nine ammos types, like riffle "9a91" or the pistol "desert eagle" for example.
* Display too current ammo loaded in creamy white color with a L18 font.
Of course it will be possible following updates to improve this addon, depending on your feedback...
Addon includes "Bart's quickslots" but it will be possible to do an option without.

I can see your UI/HUD addons evolving into a sort of overhaul. I mean, your custom minimap is amazing, and the restoration of the radar stealth bars and quickslots adds of QOL features to the game. Not to mention your added inventory tabs.
I'd personally like to see a design overhaul to the health and stamina bars. (Similar to what you did with the minimap, making it have more features and better immersion.)
Good luck with your future mods. Just when I think you can't improve the game anymore, you release another mod. Anyone who leaves bad reviews on your mods has obviously not tried them.
There's SidHUD ( Moddb.com <-- Clickable Link) if you want, made by my friend BlackGrowl, it goes very well with Bart's Awesome Minimap :)
I think he knows SidHUD, i don't talk about your addon here because it is incompatible with this one. Maybe if you deactivate Ammo counters with your new version and menu options...I must do a patch for the maingame and that'll work.

Hey. I've noticed this doesn't work with the HQ Items addon Moddb.com , removing ammo icons except for 5.56 and 23mm.
