Alternate Skitch - Cold-Blooded addon

This is an alternate skin cut for Skitch which was cut from RTBR. Originally, Andy created three variants for Skitch for us to choose from - this one, the final release, and the subject of another addon with an orange stripe based off of the non-HL2 Dhabih Eng sketch. As a team we voted for the final release skin, but have decided now to release the two unused skins to the addon section.

This skin is a blue variant aiming to represent visually the idea of Skitch being a cold-blooded reptilian alien.
