The old creepy video from the internets is now on all Chernobyl TVs. Maybe it's the Monolith faction, who knows. I tried to keep the original total number of frames at a high number of frames per second. Since the total number of different frames is small (only 12), I think I managed to do it, it wasn't that hard.

Installation

It's easy to install:

• Replace the files in the appropriate folders from the archive.

or

• Well or through JSGME, if you are aware of this program, then most likely you are a confident mod installer and know how to do it.
