Gives a possibility to keep saves after final ironman death. It's a port of Feel_Fried's Iron child into Anomaly v1.5.1/1.5.2.
Original mod:
Feel_Fried's Iron child ( Moddb.com )
Features
Afer you lose your final ironman life a question appears whether you want to continue playing. If you click "No" then saves will be deleted as usual. However, eg when the death was caused by a bug and you click on "yes" or press escape the save games will remain and you can load the game. You will have to click on the button until it disappears (bad responsiveness of GUI for some reason).
How did I do it?
Renamed ironman_manager.script into gamemode_ironman.script. Also merged Anomaly v1.5.1 changes into the file. As for v1.1 I removed a recursion which kept bringing back the GUI and wrote code to do the stuff only once.
Installation
1. Install. Drop the gamedata folder into Anomaly's main folder or enable it from the Mod Organizer 2.
2. Uninstall. Revert the files back to previous version or delete them to revert them back to vanilla. Or just disable the patch from Mod Organizer 2.
Final words
You can modify my changes or ideas in any way you want. Credit goes to Feel_Fried because my contribution is minimal.
Changelog

[Notice board]
Again, it's not my mod. I only ported it to Anomaly v1.5.1/1.5.2. The author is Feel_Fried and the original mod is here: Moddb.com
You have to have self control with this mod and continue playing only if the death was indeed unfair (eg a bug).
v1.0 is a clean port and v1.1 has a bit more responsive GUI because I edited the code.
This is next level
So basically ironman with training wheels...
well, sometimes you die cause a weird bug so this could help.
Precisely. I finally took it and ported it to v1.5.1 because I jumped over a table in Yubileiny Service Center in Pripyat Outskirts. I died because an electro anomaly on the roof was placed a bit into the floor so the top of my character was considered near the anomaly. I considered this an unfair death but the saves were already deleted.
I wish I had this mod before dying from a fkin tent in Limansk! 100/10
Updated to v1.1. The GUI is more responsive and shouldn't crash anymore. For some reason "no" button still needed 2-3 clicks for me but that's better than 20.
Right when I'm about to start an iroman gameplay. Thanks man. *massages your balls*
