This news post will tell you about some of the things we have added/done.
So let's get to it.


  • Flaslight turns off on weapon switch
  • Flashlight now needs batteries to work
  • One weapon per slot system
  • Press "G" to drop weapon
  • Muzzleflash lights up dark suroundings
  • Shaders
  • Ironsights
  • Magazine style reloads
  • No gun swaying

Dude, please, make your MOD unique! Make it special, not just another Sourcemods folder thing.

Making games with the Source Engine isn't about new sounds, or shaders that I helped you install, it's about advancing. Advancing the technology we're given. Not working off of it.

I wish you luck, but for now, I do not support this MOD.

Edit: Stop linking your MOD to Norway, I couldn't care less where you're from, it's got nothing to do with your game.

Right now the mod looks like it covers most fundamentals that it should cover in the first place. Judging it's based on Counter-Strike, obviously it will have the Primary and Secondary limit. However, it isn't the case in Deleted Scenes, because you can hold more then 1 primaries / secondaries. I'd also like to add that Ironsights aren't very fitting for a Counter-Strike related game, because it never had ironsights.

Thanks for the feedback.

We understand that Ironsights isn't a thing CS players want.
But nobody is forcing you to use it. You can turn it on and off after the play style you want.
We added it for the realism. And if you don't like it we don't judge you.
Everyone has different play styles and taste on video games so configure the settings to what you want.

Hmm, this is taboo now. Just because it can be disabled doesn't mean it doesn't change the games design.

It's nice that you added some small new mechanics, and changed some cvars, but I personally think things like this belong in an developer blog, rather than an news post.
