In which I share a couple of things, from screenshots to brief words about the campaign and so on.

Despite the unexpected turn of events due to mission 4, progress has been quite promising; I'd even say it's about 90 percent done (with the exception of needing beta testing). I'm surprised myself.

While the custom campaign will take a while before I can share the complete package, you should know that this campaign was not designed to be a "veteran level" set of missions like what you get from Enslavers II or many other challenging ones. This is meant to be story-first, with gameplay being enough of a challenge (I hope) to force you to strategize against the enemy.

There's more that needs to be done even once the campaign is in a playable state. For one, while it does have voice acting, I'm merely repurposing the original VOs that were used in the original campaign. I plan to add new dialogue and redo others, but I'll need a proper budget to pay voice artists for their talents. And no, while I know there are helpful AI tools that can do that for a fraction of the cost, I'm more inclined to support actual voice artists - even if it does mean paying extra. So what? Voice artists need to eat, too, you know!

A friend has already volunteered his talents to record some new voice work, and I truly appreciate his support. I still plan to reimburse him for his time, of course, 'cause it's the right thing to do.
