We desperately need help with our story line. We've got a base for it, but it still is a bit sketchy. If anyone would like to help, message theNGclan for a rough draft of the story line. So far, we've got the introduction (which is also pretty sketchy) and the first 15 missions/ Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I hope this isn't too idiotful idea.
Before Roman becomes father, he decides to visit Vice City with Niko for a week and finally enjoy the "real American dream". In Vice City they discover that one of the biggest illegal street races in Vice City will happen.
Roman knows that Niko is a good driver, so he signs him up and rent some money from Tommy Vercetti. The most of money he spends on buying Infernus from Sunshine Autos and rest of money he bets on Niko.
Unluckily before the race someone sabotages Niko's car, so he will loose. And they will need money to pay back to Tommy.
Same story as in Vice City

Tommy is also a good driver!!!!
How about this :
Tommy has a family and he has command over vice city and all police is also under control of him and he puts false charges against niko and niko gets arrested and then u add a jailbreak mission or something.
