To get right to the point, after some negotiation, we have been given permission from Sierra to proceed with our MOD as an official Starsiege related product.
There are a few changes and stipulations in the agreement that will directly affect our roadmap and release schedule, and they have been summarized in this thread on our forums. It is strongly recommended that you read it if you have been following this project.
Speaking on behalf of the SS:2845 staff, we are extremely excited to be working with Sierra on this project and would like to thank them for being gracious enough to let us continue to realize our dream of seeing HERC's roam the servers yet again.
