The cyrodil Merchants Guild is neraly completion, i can hardly wait myself, I found some time to work with the idea and i didn't waste any of it. All the objects have been imported aranged to a setting i deem fitting, i currently have 13 residents of the guild, i'm just going to perfect the rooms a little more than release some screenies, can't wait to get stuck into the AI.

I'm considering making this a more "large scale project" than it currently is, I don't like to get to ambitious as I don't like to get disappointed if I can't fufill an idea, however i think I can handle this.
Instead of just adding the Guild i might "rebuff" the Imperial City, add some shops, house's, make it feel more like a city so the Guild will seem "more neccesary". If you've got any ideas feel free to leave comments wherever i can reach them, or if you wanna join just post comments aswell. By the way the next few weeks i might not be able to work on the project as much since i just joined a new school, have lots of work to do ( got expelled from other school). Also as I may be starting a band, that will cut my time down even more.
