For a while, I haven't been fully transparent (or active) with the development for Enchanted. I have made quite a bit of unrealistic promises and ideals for the release of the demo, which I have to apologize for. I know it might not be that deep, but I still feel as though I should be more active on my own platforms, so people understand my circumstances.
But for those who want a TLDR, no this project is not dead, and yes, this mod is most definitely active as we speak.
However, I have to say that the demo's release most likely won't be till very early 2024, as despite the mod seeing its light at the end of the tunnel, me and my team are juggling between a bit at the moment. However, progress is still being made.
It's just due to real life circumstances (college, other projects, etc.), the mod's development has been really slowed. But rest assure that this mod will come sooner than you think. It still doesn't have its official release date, but it won't be much till then. I hope you understand.
As for the future of this mod, I don't want to delve into that as many things can change till the full release, but that's a conversation we can have another time.
edit: So just a quick note for those following the mod, a LOT of things are having minor changes to them, so most of the stuff you see previewed for the mod are most likely not bound to be so in the demo. Just wanted to clarify ðŸ˜
