The new version 2.9 of the Firearms Half-Life Modification is now available.
"We've got the usual bug fixes, all sorts of updated content, effects, and optimisations, as well as three new maps and two new weapons. Hopefully you'll enjoy playing this release as much as we've enjoyed working on it. This version should run on both Steam and non-Steam versions of Half-Life with no additional files, but since it has only been extensively tested on Steam we will not be offering support for people running it with the old versions of Half-life."
