Dead Rising: Chop Till You Drop- wii disgussion news

I'd love to read your comments, and opinions about CTYD in the comments section, but heres some of what i think:
Pros (Good Points):
1.) It gives WII users, like me (who were dumb enough to buy it when it came out, instead of a 360 or ps3), to, for once, be a part of some kind of relatively-new gameing genre.

2.) Using the wiimote for aiming makes the gameplay feel more natural, almost like your a bigger part of the game.

Cons (Bad Points):
1.) CTYD is actually a modded version of the WII version of Resident Evil 4, which had fairly bad graphics due to the WII's low-video quality. Basically meaning the graphics in DeadRising for the WII are..dated..at best.

2.) Laughibly easy enemies, both zombies and phychopaths. Its one thing to hit someone over the head with a baseball bat and kill/seriously injure them; its another when you can kill any zombie in your path by smacking it in the ribs with a bucket, or hitting their arm with a frying pan. only tward the end, even on hard mode, do you see enemies get slightly stronger ( for instance- the bosses may take about 6 bullets out of your first, weak, pistol).

3.) Poor AI in the zombies and survivors insures optimal easyness, and grief, when attempting to do the bland "rescue missions". For instance- the zombies in your path may not attack, but your survivor is still stuck in that doorway back there, and worse off he refuses to use his shotgun to kill the zombie behind him. instead you must run back, tell him to follow you again, and race back so you get a good grade on that mission.

4.) The "horde" system is pathetic, at best. Zombies will magically appear and spawn next to you, or next to a zombie you've just killed. its one thing to not see a zombie- its another thing when killing one zombie will spawn another 7..and another 7...

5.) Wait- whos kent..and cliff...jo? what game were you guys playing?? They were playing the origional Deadrising. CTYD was so eager to waste your money it forgot to include the entire game; so bosses like Kent, Cliff, jo, along with 4 of the 5 endings, were removed.

6.) White people can't jump. Why cant Frank jump anymore :C

7.) WHO NEEDS SPECIAL MOVES!! the zombies are weak enough, lets only allow them to punch, no no they wont miss things like the roundhouse kick. Trust me, punching is fine.

8.) Chill. Out. Survivors randomly having panic attacks, and forget who you are. leaving them to sit there surrounded by zombies that look at the person in a creepy way instead of attack.

9.) Wheres my camera?? Its straped to your neck, but dont worry we took all the trouble of having to take pictures completely out of the game. Besides for the sake of story, whos really going to believe your pictures. You should just tell them you were attacked by zombies; it'll go much smoother.

10.) at first i was -_- then i was O_O : the ending for CTYD; is so unbelievable it made me calmly put down my wiimote and turn off the console, because of its dumbness. A photographer who knows how to fight, but in this version of the game has had virturally no experience hitting with his fists or doing special moves, now must rely on them to fight a Military Commander. Which means while Brock (the M.C.) is about to kick you, you have about 2 seconds to mash A A A A A A A and pull off a roundhouse kick. At the end of the fight, Brock gets a bloody nose, so you...punch your hand through his armor plated vest...and rip his heart out....? then in a cutscene he falls into a pit of zombies, with his flesh wound healed.

11.) Wait..what happened? The ending. What happens after you destroy Brock, is basically this: Your infection has started again, and your becoming a zombie. isabella has no ammo left, and is stuck atop a Military vehicle thats overturned and about to fall over, oh, and your both traped in an arena-like thing filled with every zombie from willamette. , and after you see that and think "oh..we died.." "CONGRADULATIONS!! FRANK WEST AND ISABELLA FOUGHT THEIR WAY OUT AND SPREADED THE TRUTH!! U WINZ!!". Which leaves a lot to be wanted; like how is it frank and isabella fought, with their fists, through a couple thousand zombies, then walked to another city. also, why would frank, a zombie, help isabella fight through other zombies. Lastly. Isabella still has a bulletwound from about 2 days ago, she isnt exactally rockey either, she's gonna get her ass kicked.

I know a lot of you may feel like you just wasted time reading this, but this is basically a warning to anyone who hasnt played CTYD yet, and thinks they might want to. The game is pretty terrible; it hardly does the origional justice, And if it were only a wii game you can bet they wouldnt even think about making a sequel.
I'd also like to see any comments you guys have, like any pro's/cons you noticed with the game, that you may have wanted to see in here :D
