This is the same file i uploaded by mistake in the Files section instead of the Addons sections, so if you downloaded it earlier there's no need to redownload it again.
I deleted it from the Files section and re-uploaded here in the Addons section as it fits more correctly here.

The gif you used for this is incredible. It's really rare that something on moddb makes me laugh out loud.
For best control over head bobbing, there is also a console command for this.
cam_inert 0 will disable it completely, without the use of files
For me it wasn't fully sufficient. I had to download this addon for full removal of moving head effect
Is there a way to reduce the head bob? not completely remove it.
Yes, the default lines are :
run_amplitude = 0.0126
walk_amplitude = 0.0115
limp_amplitude = 0.0325
run_speed = 6.74
walk_speed = 6.26
limp_speed = 4.6
Change to something like
run_amplitude = 0.004
walk_amplitude = 0.004
limp_amplitude = 0.004
run_speed = 6.74
walk_speed = 6.26
limp_speed = 4.6
