[Admin Note] Honestly I thought this was another crappy addon, please change the thumbnail as it is misleading.
Note: The command won't work if the owner of the server you're on doesn't have this too.

This addon is code not model... so this isn't really the right place to ask such a question... but! I use to make model addons (Misfit 3D model)... never used Blender, never intend to. Blender has a md3 import/export though.

To what extent I do not know (e.g animations/tags (Highly doubt it) but for models in general, well yes.
You can work with misfit3D (not recommended), blender (recommended), 3DSMax (a little hard to learn but very recommended) and milkshape (don't really know something about it).
hah, if you use misfit for making a models, i suggest you should use Blender, and after, export it to .md3, and after make skeletal animations in misfit ,tags etc. But Doing Skeletal Animation in Blender is smoother, It's just hard sometimes , my hands hurts.

Ask questions on the Zeq2lite forums instead next time, but I'll answerer this one, you CANNOT edit a character that has animations, unless you do it using the transform tab or 3DS Max 2010.

i know editing is not skillful and not supported by anyone but i got to learn more about making addons , so until then ill learn by editing

Update! I have imported some of the code from the "Bind fix" to the torsomodel. Also, I forgot to mention for all newbies, how to reset the torsomodel to the default model just write /torsomodel (write whatever e.g /torsomodel dsfsdf324)
The bind fix was for servers if i remember right ?
Yes, to stop people from using certain crashes, I know every last one of them. On a few torsomodel servers I saw people using the name crash to crash people, that's why I recently imported the fix from the bindfix as well as re-added a few things that didn't need to be removed.
