- Yuri Transport Disk removed;
- Ore Miners more capacious;
- The Stealth Generator is more expensive and consume more electricity;
- All planes are stronger and recharges faster missiles;
- Demolition Truck removed from the side, but conquerable with Hijacker in maps;
- Truck Demobomb more expensive but more durable;
- Mine modified (less expensive and reduced damage);
- Brute do less damage against vehicles;
- Flame Tower and Gun Turret is captured by Yuri Prime;
- Prism Trooper, and Cyborg Eruptor more expensive but more durable;
- Force Shield duration increased;
- F18 Interceptor completely changed;
- Mines can be placed further apart;
- The doctor is able to heal itself;
- Airplanes and helicopters automatically regenerate their lives;
- SpyPlane stronger and faster;
- Aircraft with parachute stronger;
- Cosmonaut slightly detuned;
- Gattling Infantry less expensive and less powerful;
- Slave Hero slightly more expensive;
- Added new strike teams for AI;
- Parasite slightly detuned;

- Added the Technology Center for all factions;
- Stealth Generator building only by owning the Technology Center;
- Range Surveillance of air-raid bunker increased;

- Longbow Helicopter less effective against the V3 Rocket and missiles against buildings;
- The Psychic Tower can no longer become veterans;

- Mammoth Tank modified (and modified graphics firepower slightly reduced);

- New Map "Eagle_lvr" by Eagle_Of_Fire;
- Added Airpad with 2 new aircraft for the Yuri faction;
- Image of Parabomb amended;
- Laser Pill Box, Pill Box and Missile Site Sam added to the allied factions;
- Patriot Missile Site and Sam have a new animation;
- The Oil Derrick consume less electricity when occupied;
- Super Soviet Conscript added to the factions (except Russia);
- Chrono Soviet Tesla Trooper added to the factions;
- Yuri Yuri Elite added to the faction;
- Cannon Gun bit tougher;
- Garrisoned bunker no longer available for the Allies;
- For the Chrono Ivan, Chrono Commando, Psi-Corp Trooper limit construction is 1;
- The AI uses teams of Super Conscripts Chrono and Tesla Trooper;
- Removed bug where the AI ??was not using the Mammoth Tank;
- Gameplay revised and corrected;
- Perimetral Psychic Tower added Yuri to the faction;
- Big Gap Generator added to the American side;
- The Chrono Tank can carry a British infantry unit and was slightly modified;
- Guard Tower slightly improved, but now can not build the Korea Missile Pillbox;
- Minimum and Maximum Range of tank 155mm Gun Tank increased slightly;
- New icon for the Flame Thrower;
- New units Hwanin addition to the Soviet factions;
- Scorpius French Tank replaced with the Solar Tank;
- Removed the sound of the unit as shipped from stealth mode;
- Enhanced Russian Conscript more expensive but stronger;
- Parabombs available with the Battle Lab;
- Force Shield available with the Technology Center;
- To build the gates now needs more time:
- Removed the limit of construction for some aircraft;
- Changed type of armor for the Warrior Bio;
