WIP - Grizzly Laser Pointer Upgrade
- After upgrading, all standard Grizzly Tanks in the battlefield will be upgraded instantly
- After upgrading, you can produce Upgraded Grizzly Tanks
- Upgraded Grizzly will have a new weapon "Laser Pointer", give a Target Mark to the target, reducing it's armor by 20% for 30sec. Cooldown 90sec
- Requires Allied Support Control Center (T3)
