It is called a Stingray, a marine animal like the Allied Dolphins and Yuri's Giant Squids. Not the Stingray from Red Alert 3.

Indeed that is a Stingray animal, but enhanced ones.
Just a remake of Typhoon.
The remake Typhoon in this mod is more interesting than the vanilla one. This remake is actually based on a real-life Typhoon submarine while in the vanilla one is based on Shchuka class submarines.
