We decided to restore Snow Version, and will make Snow Version of structures that doesn't have it, like the new structure at the top.
Guess what does that structure do and who belongs it?

From the left... War Factory, Flak Cannon, Tesla Coil, Airfield, Nuclear Plant(D'oh!), Battle Bunker, Industrial Plant(?), Sentry Gun, Refinery, Barracks, Radar Tower, ConYard, Tesla Plant.
I believe they're all Soviet, except for the Airfield and the one I'm not sure about(it could be an Ore Purifier or the IPlant).
The Airfield is Soviet's. Yep, it was used as economy boosters.
I'm guessing it's a sort of tech lab/tech structure, like a field bureau/forward command post, or an armory?
No, it's an economy booster, but now it's scrapped :(
