We here at DoD apologize for the lack of information and
especially lack of armistice post. I was suppose to write it but with school I
forgot sadly. Things have been heating up here at DoD for the mod in the best
of ways, recently the great Von Knudenberg has joined the team to help
finish mod aspects we can't or to bring his great skills a modeling, texturing
and sound to the table. This now brings the team up to about 6 members, three
of whom conduct work on the actual mod.
We attempted to have a new version for the November 11th
Armistice but couldn't and though this wasn't announced it was still a bit of a
letdown. However we continue to steam roll ahead towards the next version that not
only will be adding new content but will hopefully bring about many fixes to
the current issues 1.0 has.
News of the next release will be posted when it becomes available,
we do this cause we do not want to let people down like we get when we cannot
announce a release such as the originally planned Armistice day, but when we do
know it will be announced in time enough for excitement to build but not long
enough to torture all our loving fans with having to wait. ;)
This Looks Like a great mod will you be using horses as cavalry in future updates? As that would make things Interesting, as there were still actions during the war using cavalry such as the Australian Light Horse and Dorset Yeomanry. There was a WW1 mod for the origninal Operation flashpoint that used cavalry as well
We where trying the idea of horses yes :)
