Mod is ok and i know its a beta but too many flaws for the moment, we're more in a pre-alpha IMO, i enjoyed it 5 hours then uninstalled .. :

- rain of items every mission, 90% of them are useless and drop in 4-5 copies in 2-3 missions.
- lvl 20 at day 12....dont sell items, keep them all. So you have to choose between an armory with 200+ items or reach the maximum lvl very quickly , wow.
- far too easy , bosses killed in 30 seconds , and almost no challenge in primarch difficulty also..
- some cheated items and skills
- spam of ennemies which is totally useless since most of the mobs are killed in 10 seconds
- scar\lua erros in 3 missions / 14
- fatal bugs that force to restart missions in order to complete ( boss HP doesnt drop..scripted animation doesnt trigger etc)

Simply best campaign mod for DoW2.

Great job!

I have mixed feelings about this mod.

On the one hand, I like the mod so much that I've been playing the campaign again for a few days.
It fixes some of the problems I have with the game. Like how the troops were way too small and how the game was way too much like a Company of Heroes in space.
Thanks to this mod, you have real mass battles with troop sizes that fit the universe much better. They are downright overkill-sized. Also, the Space Marines finally feel really powerful and not like a bunch of guys in paper armor who have to hide behind any cover they can find.

On the other hand, the mod breaks a lot of rules and balance.
First of all, the campaign becomes way too easy. You overcome every enemy in no time with your SM troops. It's not a challenge at all. It's like cutting through butter with a hot knife. Even the bosses are down so fast that they can't even finish their sentences. - And I played on the second-highest difficulty.
You don't have to worry about the cover system or enemies in buildings anymore. Because you have such a large and overwhelming battle group, they destroy entire buildings faster than a grenade can explode. And you don't have to worry about cover anymore because your troops take little or no damage.
Because you shoot down a lot more enemies, you level up a lot faster and make a lot more loot that you can convert into experience points, allowing you to level up even faster. Plus, the new loot is so overpowered that it makes the game even easier.

And then there are some problems that (possibly) have nothing to do with the mod. The fact that there are now many more enemies on the screen can have this negative effect on performance. It happened to me quite often that the performance dropped below 30 fps when there was "a lot going on" on the screen. - This can be either due to the poor optimization of the engine or the mod.

And there are still some minor problems. Such as bugged, weapons or misleading description texts.
Also, the circles around your units when you click on them are now missing. So you have no visual feedback anymore which unit(s) you just selected.

Conclusion: If you need a reason to play the DoW II campaign again, or have been looking for something like the "Ultimate Apocalypse Mod" for DoW II, you can definitely check out the mod. However, you should be prepared for some problems.
