Warp Eleven V2.0 + EFLC file

From the creator of absolutely nothing in particular comes a mod for GTA IV: "Warp Eleven" (Warp 11). This simple mod changes the behaviour of ALL VEHICLES (excluding ROMAN type) so that they travel at "warp speed" in other words, they will drive (and crash) at ridiculous speeds, with or without a driver. Born and based on the original Midtown Madness's 'Warp Eleven" cheat, in which the player would name themselves "Warp Eleven". Once they got into the game, all the traffic would be moving at warp speed if done correctly. The mod is also inspired by "Carmageddon Mod" by Gipphe and IS NOT intended to copy "Carmageddon Mod". - Synchronex, Triple 7 Studios
